# Order History & Filters

Find orders and interpret pending, processing, completed, and refunded states.

The **Orders** section contains the account's order history and current fulfilment state.

## Order statuses

| Status     | Meaning                                                                |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Pending    | Accepted and waiting for manual fulfilment or the next processing step |
| Processing | Dispatched and in progress                                             |
| Completed  | Fulfilment completed                                                   |
| Refunded   | The charged amount was returned to the account balance                 |

Available filters can include status, platform, date, order ID, and target. The exact controls can change with the Web Panel release.

When contacting support, use the public order ID shown in this section. Never include an API key or wallet credential.
