# Platform Fees

Understand sell fees, the first-launch offer, reduced rates, and separate network costs.

Panda Bundler has **no subscription fee and no buy fee**. Its platform fee applies to sells; launch creation itself does not carry a Panda Bundler platform fee.

## When the fee applies

The platform fee is calculated when a sell is executed through Panda Bundler. It applies to manual and automated sell actions that the product identifies as sell transactions.

Confirm your applicable sell-fee rate with support and review the fee shown in the app before submitting a transaction. Do not assume that every account has the same rate.

## First-launch offer

**New users can request 0% Panda Bundler fees for their first launch.** Contact support before starting to confirm eligibility and have the offer applied to the intended launch. The offer is not automatic and does not waive network, protocol, exchange or other third-party costs.

## Reduced fees for regular users

Active and returning users can ask support about a reduced sell-fee rate. Reduced rates require agreement; they are not automatically applied to every account or launch. Confirm the agreed terms before trading.

## Other costs

Panda Bundler fees are separate from costs charged by networks and third-party protocols. Depending on the network and action, these may include network or gas fees, priority fees, launchpad or DEX trading fees, exchange withdrawal fees and account-creation costs. SOL reserves, account rent and Jito tips are Solana-specific examples, not universal EVM requirements.

These costs still apply during the first-launch offer. Review the transaction calculation, selected network and available balance in the live app before signing.
