Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about services, targets, payments, order status, API access, and Panda Bundler.

What is PandaBoost?

PandaBoost is a crypto marketing operations panel for ordering supported visibility, trending, reaction, voting, and discovery services through the Web Panel, Telegram bot, or REST API.

Which services are available?

Availability changes. Open the Web Panel or call GET /services to see the current catalog, requirements, limits, and your account-specific rates.

Does an order guarantee a ranking position or market result?

No. Services can target a placement type or delivery window, but they do not guarantee a specific position, token price, trading result, or third-party platform response.

How quickly does an order start?

Start and completion times depend on the service and provider. Track the current state in Orders, through the Telegram bot, or with GET /orders/:id.

Which target should I submit?

Follow the requirement shown by the selected order type. Pair-level services require a supported liquidity-pair address. Token-level services require the token contract or Solana mint. API integrations should call POST /targets/resolve when pair selection is required.

How are payments handled?

Deposits use NOWPayments checkout. The checkout displays the currently available coins and networks. Account balance is held in USD.

Can I cancel an order?

Do not assume an order can be cancelled after processing starts. Contact support with the public order ID if you need an order reviewed.

What happens if automated dispatch fails?

The API may return a 400 response with refunded: true when the balance was returned automatically, or a 202 response with underReview: true and a payment reference when operator review is required.

What is Panda Bundler?

Panda Bundler is a separate invite-key product at launch.pandaboost.app for launch setup, wallet management, and trading across supported workflows: Pump.fun on Solana, Pons on Robinhood Chain, and Uniswap on Ethereum. Features and limits vary by venue. It does not use the PandaBoost Telegram bot or WalletConnect. See Panda Bundler. New users can request 0% Panda Bundler fees for their first launch before starting; active and returning users can ask about lower sell fees. Network and protocol costs remain separate. See Platform Fees.

How does the partner program work?

The current partner rate is 10% on eligible referred purchases. Terms may change; contact support for current payout conditions.
