Include the right reference

For an order issue, include the public order ID and a short description. For a deposit issue, include the transaction hash, selected network, and approximate time. For API issues, include the endpoint, HTTP status, sanitized request shape, and payment reference when present.

Never send an API key, invite key, seed phrase, private key, or full wallet credential to support. Redact secrets from screenshots and logs.
